How do I upload a medical report?
Open the Upload tab in the app, select a clear photo of your lab report or prescription, choose the report type and date, then tap "Analyze Report". The AI will extract key health information for your review.
How does the AI analysis work?
When you upload a report, the image is sent (encrypted) to Alibaba Cloud DashScope API for OCR text extraction. The extracted metrics are shown for your review. Report images are deleted from our server after you confirm the results. Your data is NOT used for AI model training.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed and salted. Report images are automatically deleted from the server after confirmation. You can export or delete your data at any time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your VitaMoment subscription at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data including reports, metrics, medications, and account information.
